HBH - Territories

Halé Beauty Hawaii (HBH) grants franchisees a defined geographic territory using a hybrid model of city boundaries and designated radius zones. The current offering includes three territories on Oʻahu (which together cover the entire island) and one territory on Maui. Each territory is defined in the Franchise Agreement and supported by detailed maps.

HBH SkinCare - Metro Honolulu Territory

HBH - I

Metro Honolulu / East Honolulu

Coverage: Includes the urban corridor from Downtown Honolulu to Hawai‘i Kai, covering:
• Downtown, Ala Moana, Kaka‘ako, Makiki, Mō‘ili‘ili, Mānoa, Waikīkī, Kaimukī, Palolo, Kahala, Aina Haina, Hawai‘i Kai.
• Defined By: Honolulu city boundaries plus a 2-mile buffer westward (to Kalihi) and eastward (to Koko Marina).
• Estimated Population: ~380,000
• Key Markets: Tourism, healthcare workers, students (UH Mānoa), professionals,
affluent residential neighborhoods.

HBH - II

Central Oahu & Windward

Coverage: Includes all areas from Kalihi and Salt Lake westward through Pearl City, Aiea, Waipahu, and up to Mililani and Wahiawā. Also includes the Windward side: Kāneʻohe, Kailua, and Waimānalo.
• Defined By:
• Westward: From Kalihi Valley through the H-1/H-2 corridor to Wahiawā.
• Eastward: Entire Windward coastline from Kāneʻohe to Waimānalo.
• Estimated Population: ~320,000
• Key Markets: Military families, suburban professionals, school communities, Windward wellness/lifestyle clientele.

HBH - III

West & Leeward Oahu

Coverage: Includes Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Makakilo, Waipio, Kunia, and all the way to the Waianae Coast (Makaha, Nanakuli).

Defined By: All communities west of Kunia Road and Fort Weaver Road, including coastal Leeward neighborhoods.

Estimated Population: ~160,000

Key Markets: Young families, new homeowners, growing suburban communities, underserved in aesthetics/MedSpa offerings.


HBH - IV

Maui Territory

Central Maui Territory
• Coverage: Includes Kahului, Wailuku, and Makawao, with a 5-mile radius from the Queen Kaʻahumanu Center.
• Defined By: Core commercial zones and residential districts in Central Maui.
• Estimated Population: ~88,000
• Key Markets: Local residents, health-conscious consumers, tourism industry professionals, wellness travelers.
