The Franchise Coordinator is the central point of contact and support for every HBH SkinCare franchisee. Acting as the crucial link between the franchisor and the franchise owner, the coordinator ensures smooth communication, seamless onboarding, and consistent operational success across the HBH network. Their role is multi-faceted, combining training, operations, compliance, and ongoing business support.
1. Onboarding & Start-Up Guidance
Guides new franchisees through the onboarding process from the moment the franchise agreement is signed.
Coordinates delivery of the start-up package, including HIFU machines, furnishings, signage, inventory, and operational materials.
Assists with site selection, lease negotiation support, and clinic setup to ensure the facility reflects the HBH luxury-medspa brand standards.
Provides a detailed timeline to keep franchisees on track for their 60-day launch goal.
2. Training & Certification Oversight
Organizes the Honolulu training program, ensuring franchisees and their staff receive hands-on instruction in treatment protocols, client care, and business operations.
Acts as the liaison between training staff and franchisees to ensure every owner and team member feels confident in both the technical and customer-service aspects of the business.
Tracks progress of franchisee certifications and provides supplemental resources if additional support is needed.
3. Marketing & Business Development Support
Coordinates the rollout of the pre-paid 18-month marketing campaign, including Google Ads, Yelp, social media integration, and Wix website management.
Monitors performance metrics (lead generation, appointment bookings, ROI) and communicates results to franchisees with recommendations for improvement.
Ensures brand consistency in all local and regional marketing initiatives while allowing for market-specific customization.
4. Operational Oversight & Compliance
Provides franchisees with ongoing operational support, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, treatment protocols, and brand guidelines.
Conducts regular check-ins and audits (virtual and in-person) to maintain clinical standards, client safety, and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoots operational issues, including staffing, inventory management, and scheduling efficiency.
5. Communication & Relationship Management
Serves as the primary communication channel between the franchisor and the franchisee.
Translates corporate strategies, updates, and new initiatives into actionable steps for franchisees.
Advocates for franchisees by communicating their feedback, concerns, and suggestions back to the franchisor for continuous system improvement.
6. Growth & Performance Coaching
Works closely with each franchisee to review financial performance, ROI, and growth strategies.
Helps identify opportunities for upselling, client retention, and expansion into additional services or locations.
Acts as a business mentor, offering guidance to help franchisees optimize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
Why the Franchise Coordinator Is Crucial
The Franchise Coordinator is the linchpin of the HBH SkinCare franchise system. Without this role, franchisees risk feeling disconnected or unsupported. With it, every franchisee has a dedicated guide, mentor, and advocate who ensures their clinic operates smoothly, remains compliant with brand standards, and reaches its financial potential. This one-on-one relationship transforms the franchise experience from a simple business transaction into a true partnership, giving franchise owners the confidence that they are never alone in their journey.
